Hey Gang

Sore from a weekend of snowboarding or skiing.  Try an Epsom salt bath.  Fill up your tub with hot as you can take water and add half of a half gallon of epsom salt.  Soak for 20 min.

Make sure you read the label for any contraindications.

Best thing to eat before a spin class.  Bowl of oatmeal with a scoop of vanilla protein powder.

Cook your oats.  Add Tsp of coconut oil, add scoop Jay Robbs vanilla whey protein powder stir.  Add blueberries and walnuts to make it even better.
